Integrative medicine practitioners and doctors combine conventional medicine with evidence-informed lifestyle, complementary and traditional approaches to achieve optimum health and wellbeing for the patient.

Complementary medicine and therapies can include anything from acupuncture, yoga, massage, aromatherapy, herbal medicine, nutrition, exercise along with many more approaches, tailored to the needs of the individual.
